Jack Murray completed work experience with us at Gemporia Craft in August 2022. Jack made an excellent impression. He was punctual and always arrived with a great attitude, ready to work. Jack was mainly based in the TV studio working as part of a team to deliver our live shows. He was trained on camera and showed great aptitude for it. He demonstrated strong visual understanding and knowledge of how live TV works and the demands on a camera operator. Alongside this Jack was trained in floor management. This role demands strong organization skills which Jack demonstrated well. Jack also did some training with product photography and editing using Photoshop showcasing skills in this area as well.
Overall, I was really impressed with Jacks maturity and professionalism. He worked really well as part of a team. He communicated effectively and took direction excellently. His keen attitude to learn paid dividends as he learnt quickly and developed a lot of useful industry skills. I think Jack has a bright future in the media or creative industries if this is the path he decides to take.
